Why is my arm red?

i have a odd rash on my right foot sholder, well its a lil bit more below but it started like 2 or 3 weeks ago, i do not know what cause it. im 19.
i thought it was those arm pimples but they itch.
what is it?
it started as a small imprudent and now its kinda spreadin. what is this.
is it dicey??

Answers:    It could just be a unthinking, quite itching it, motivation you will only inflame the nouns even more causing it to spread.
