CHUBBY FACE...need help!!PLEASE?

when i put on weight...it becomes very obvious on my face. my face tends to get very chubby. i recently lost 3kg, but it was not obvious because my face still looked very chubby. i dun wanna go for any surgery. is there any exercise i can do to loose that chubby face?

No. You can't. Now, I don't know how old you are, I'm guessing you're not an adult. I had a chubby face when I was younger. It thinned out as I got into my mid-teens. As long as you maintain a healthy overall weight, it will sort itself out.


Thanks for the extra info. Maybe its water retention or bloating? Try drinking plenty of fluids to stop your body retaining water. You can also drain fluid from your face through accupressure. For extra info go to the link in Sources.

or is there such things as face exercies i would hope so
usually goes away as you grown sometimes it is harmones consult your doctor for best advice stay away from fatty foods drink lots of water and dont worry Im sure you are beatiful
Have you ever seen Hilary Duff? She had a chubby face and then she went to become a stick and she lost her chubby face. I am having the same problem. I am at a thin, yet average weight and I have a bit of a chubby face. I believe the only way to lose the face chubbs is to lose some body weight.
There are certainly exercises you can do. Stick your chin out and flex your neck muscles. It should work.
i sort of have that problem, its not really chubby but its not as defined as i would like it to be. i saw a facial exerciser on qvc once. i've never tried it but i saw it on tv and want to try it someday, i'll give you the link if you want to read about it. good luck.

Your genes determine the general shape of your face and the location of normal fat deposits. It is not a good idea to lower your overall weight outside the safe zone just to slim down your face. Check out your BMI at http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/... and keep it at or above 18.5, the lower safe limit.

You can, of course, tone your face muscles with simple exercises, but other than that, try to accept your face as it is when the rest of you is at a healthy, slim weight.
