but, do you think that if i do a 1 mile jog exercise, 2 taebo tapes, 2 ab work outs, a thigh work out, more crunches, and some weights... it'll burn any of it off?

Yes of course!! Just do the exercises regularly and try not to eat as much bad food. :) Good luck:)
No, probably not. But its best just to shrug it off and move on.
The whole grain bread is great for you and so is the peanut butter. The only bad things were the other items. If you were active enough you should not have to worry about those few things.
When you're young you can eat all that and shrug it off,if you belong to women sizes no need to be worried especially if you move a lot,but if you belong to petite group,go ahead and do all those activities.
