Can't seem to stop eating calories?

I've tried to cut down but I just can't. It's making it hard to work it off. What can I do?

Answer:
you probably did too drastic of a change. i did that for awhile and wound up binging.

what you should try is to begin eating five meals a day. have a "mini meal" every 2-3 hours. make each meal consist of no more than 350 calories. it can be a lil less, but NOT more. having a mini meal will keep you satisfied. not hungry,. not stuffed, just satisfied. you wont be craving food so much either cause your eating more often.

as for exercise you should to it in the morning. ppl tend to stick to exercise routines if its done in the morning cause then its all over with early in the day and you wont stress yourself about doing it later. exercise CAN make you hungry, but water usually satisfies that until your next meal. plus exercise actually curbs your hunger a bit, and you are more likely to go after healthy foods like fruit. running or swimming would be the best exercice - burns off calories the fastest.

get some green tea too. its fat burning and also makes you less hungry...its a strange drink but it works :)
Start by not eating fast food, also buy a low fat recipes book or get the recipes online, as a last resource buy the ready to eat or frozen foods of many brands that are low calories.
You need will power, basically. There is nothing we can do to help you. You need to help yourself. There is no "force" making you eat. Find something else to do other than snack.
Do research. Calories are fine as long as you are working out or exercising. Calories are like fuel for your body, but you only need to intake what you burn, any more and it's useless.
Drink lots of water. Often people mistake thirst for hunger. You should drink about 100 oz of water a day. You also need to eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals. This will keep you energized and help you to burn calories. If you absolutely have to have a snack try to snack on healthy choices. My favorite thing is a mock Ice cream that I make. I take bananas and put them in the blender with a couple of tablespoons of applesauce. I add a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon and blend it till smooth. Poor it into small muffin cups and toss in the freezer. When I need a sweet tereat I get one of my ice creams out and enjoy. Finally, you need to start working out for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week.
Drink lots of water. Only eat when you're hungry, not bored. If you're about to cheat, brush your teeth. And cut out fast food and fried foods and soda pop. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. (I love frozen peas.) Those are a few good tips to help you. Good luck! -L
