Can you lose weight when eating nothing much letuce

What is the fasest way to losing weight? I excersise here and there, but not all the time. I mean at least I'm eating something right?

if u wanna lose your wiegh,REMMEMBER,its not the best way to eat less.becousewhen u eat less,your body become weak and u become in danger of dangres sicks in addition,when u don`t eat food for 2-3weeks your body will know that it must use less colory so then u will be at that weigh.the best way to lose weigh is do AEROBIC EXERCISE.if u exercise just 2hour per day u will lose at least 5 killos or maby more per week
The fastest way is to do cardiovascular exercises such as running or swimming consistently. Keep in mind that your body can only lose 2.5lbs a week at best. If you lose more then your body is likely to be losing muscle or hydration level as well, so do your maths.

If you want to lose weight, first of all mind your diet. You will lose fat if you burn more calories than you take in everyday. Generally, avoid sugary or greasy food and you'll have a healthy diet. Avoid junk food, alcoholic and soft drinks as well. Do your running once every other day with at least moderate intensity until you can no longer move a leg. Avoid jogging, or running at a slow and relaxed pace, the exercise will lose its effectiveness and your running time will be longer. Do this at least 3 times a week. The most important thing is consistency and discipline. You'll get slower result if you skip a day of running, it will only take about 30 minutes a day.

Skipping meals is not healthy, instead you become more immune to diseases and your weight becomes unstable. Try not to weigh yourself too often, since your weight varies throughout the day. You'll probably suffer for the first two weeks. From then on, it becomes a healthy lifestyle. Good luck.
