Answer:
Comming from someone who is trying to get healthy and lose weight as well, its hard to find motivation. Personally, I've learned that having a negative opinion of yourself and telling yourself "youre fat" is not a good way to lose weight at all, as well as thinking that you should rely on weight-loss pills. You must learn to have self control. If you know that there are many things in your diet that you need to cut back on, instead of going cutting back on all of those bad things at once, try doing only one a time. But take it slow, like on a week-to-week basis. Also understand that even a little exercise is better than no exercise. But have fun. Your work out shouldnt be boring. I listen to music when I run on the treadmill. Try taking a brisk walk in your neighborhood or go swimming. Renting exercise tapes from the library is great too, because that way, your not spending any money, and you can keep your workout new and exciting. You'll find that knowing that you've taken these steps to a better you feels great, and that is motivating!

she has a great body
There are two ways:
1) Hate your body and make yourself exercise by thinking negatively of yourself and pushing yourself to look/feel better (works for some, but not all).
2) Plan things out and go with your plans. Try exercising a little in the mornings (light exercises) and work your way up until you feel like you want to exercise (trust me, you will).
get 2 pictures of you and put them on the front of your refridgerator, one at your normal weight and one of you now. Put a sign that says ,Before and after.
it is really hard i know when you see something good to eat and you just HAVE to have it. But you really have to look at the bigger picture and just think how cute you can look if you just eat one cookie or whatever. I really find it good to listen to music when i am exercising becuase it makes the time go by faster and gives you something to distract yourself. But the main thing is to think about how cute you are going to look at the end. Good luck!!
try to cut down your calories by going 2 the grocery store and getting 100 calorie packs. eat your veggies and always drink water to fill you up before you eat. if u like 2 dance put on a CD and start to move your feet. force yourself 2 walk for at-least 1 hour to help build metabolism.
Here is a suggestion. I lost seven lbs in nine days. I also lost 2 inches in my stomach area. Check it out.

You know admitting that youre at an all time high is a sign that youre paying attention to your weight. If youre really serious, tomorrow join a gym.Look I lost almost 200 pounds it took me like 3 years and now im starting to gain again,Im going to start back again because I felt better then I ever have in my life.Give it a try,you have nothing to lose but the weight.
Your direct problem is motivation, right? I get the impression that you know what you're doing now isn't working and yet you do not find yourself doing anything about it. I get similar feelings. Do not believe that thinking negatively about yourself will help very much in the long run. To be motivated enough to do anything you normally wouldn't do, you must first not think about "if you should/shouldn't do it." That is where people end up not doing what they know they should do. They think about it too much and procrastinate. It is human to put something off until tomorrow, or next week, etc. But isn't life much more fun when you spontaneously do something? You need to be in charge of yourself, not in a negative way either. Say you are sprawled on the couch on a Saturday with nothing to do, and you don't feel like doing anything but you are bored to death. This is a perfect time to just look at yourself from outside of the box. Don't look and say, "Oh my god, I can't believe I'm such a lazy slob, no wonder I'm fat and ugly, etc" just basically trashing yourself. This does no good. You don't wanna run or feel energized when you just brought yourself down! Think, "I bet I can go jog around the block in less than 5 minutes!" Just things like that, as corny as it sounds can help to motivate you to do something. I know it works, plus sometimes you start to breath much shallower breaths, this makes you lethargic, so when bored, or tired take BIGGER breaths. Get the oxygen flowing through your blood. I am a 17 year old boy, who weighed a lot in freshman year. I felt like crap about everything. Why on Earth would I want to make myself feel like crap about the way I looked when I already knew this? Try being positive and spontaneous, not negative and procrastinating. It worked for me, but everyone has different motivations. For me, I kept on going(working out and running) because of what I wasn't; because what everyone else had, had it come to them with ease. For me, my motivation was TO BE BETTER. Better than those other guys who had six-packs, who had the looks and charm and everything I didn't. I used my anger and hate, and channeled it into a drive, a drive that gave me a reason to be better. It gave me a chance to exceed myself. Mine is a bit over the top, but you will know when you find yours. I can't help you in those regards, but please, don't think negative thoughts. Thinking bad things about yourself only drags you deeper into the abyss. Even I, with my thoughts of what I didn't have, never thought about how ugly I must seem to girls, or how I couldn't keep up with everyone else. A tip though, on losing weight: If you do some sort of cardio, be it running, elliptical machines, or whatever, for at least 5 minutes(or more) BEFORE you eat breakfast, you will burn more calories throughout the WHOLE day. You see, by burning calories before eating, your body will start on your breakfast immediately, and continue on. By doing what every normal person does(eating first then being active), your body takes that food and turns it into fat, which does us no good there. Hope this helped you see things in a different light.
